Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this site.
• All information you provide must be true and accurate.
• Use of the site for illegal purposes or via automated means (bots, scripts) is prohibited.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing your account or license key with others will result in an immediate permanent ban from all services.

We reserve the right to permanently ban you from our services without refund for any of the following: fraud, illegal chargebacks, abuse, harassment, spreading misinformation, or violation of these Terms.

A ban applies across all of the following:

• Our website and customer panel
• Our Discord server
• All software products on our store
• Software from companies we work with

Once banned, you will not be able to use any of our software products — including licenses purchased from third-party resellers.

• All products are digital. About 85% are delivered instantly after payment; the rest may take longer, including Lifetime license keys for select products.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
• License keys are locked to your account and machine HWID. You may request a HWID reset through our Discord server.
• Lifetime license keys refer to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user. If a product is discontinued, we will make every effort to swap your key for a comparable product, however there is no guarantee this will happen.
• Features and pricing may change without notice.

By purchasing you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using game modification software, including the possibility of game bans or account loss. Product statuses can change at any moment. We update statuses as quickly as possible when anything changes.

Always check the Status page before using any software.

Software and website bugs can occur. By using our services you acknowledge these risks and understand that bug fixes take time depending on severity and complexity. We are not liable for any disruption, data loss, or game account consequences resulting from bugs or unexpected software behavior.

• Prices are displayed in euros (€).
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Chargebacks or disputed payments result in an immediate permanent ban from all services and no refund will be issued.

All sales are final and non-refundable with one exception:

The software is not compatible with your system and cannot be made to work even after our developers have reviewed the issue. A refund requires explicit written approval from our development team, confirmed by the issuance of a replacement license key.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
• No refunds for game bans, detection, user error, bugs, change of mind, or any reason other than confirmed non-functionality approved by our team.
• Once a refund is issued, all associated license keys are permanently revoked.

• Support is provided through the official ticket system or Discord server only.
• Response times may vary. Most tickets are replied to within 24 hours.
• Abusive behavior, disrespecting staff, and spam pinging staff will result in loss of support access and may result in a permanent ban from our services.

• All products are provided "AS-IS" with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including game bans, account loss, or software bugs.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

• We collect only necessary data: email address, HWID/IP, and order information.
• We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data through our support channel.

The website, branding, and site content are owned by EternalServices. Software products are developed by third-party providers from whom we purchase and resell wholesale keys.

All EternalServices branding — including the name, logo, and visual identity — is our exclusive property and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of our branding will result in DMCA takedown requests and legal action.

Reverse engineering, sharing, reselling, or redistributing any product or license is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
